A connoisseur of all things spicy, Sue loves cuisines that turn up the heat—Chinese, Mexican, Jamaican, Korean—they all whet her appetite. She would often carry her own bottles of hot sauce when dining out, multiple bottles in her purse for pairing with her diverse cravings.
