Andrew and Elizabeth prefer to make butter the right way — that is to say, the slow way. The way butter was meant to be. These long-time butter lovers start with cream from local grass-fed cows (cows that aren’t given any hormones). Then they slooooowwwly churn that cream into small batches, to which they add natural ingredients to make different compound butters, all packaged up by hand. Sure this process takes awhile, but it tastes so darn good, we don't mind waiting.
