Basic table salt shall henceforth be banished. Well, at least that’s what you’ll be saying once you get ahold of chef and restaurateur Suzi Sheffield’s sea salt blends. An ATL native, she owned a small taqueria and catering company in Columbia, SC for over 12 years, before heading back home for a change of pace. She couldn’t imagine choosing a path that took her away from the kitchen, so started creating these fantastic (we dare say magical) sea salts. Each tin is hand-blended and -grinded, produced using ingredients grown and gathered with integrity, many of them grown just blocks from her house.
