Sarah's never been too fond of wrapping up her fresh produce and breads in plastic, not when she knows it's not the best thing for the environment or her body. So she makes reusable wraps instead — organic muslin that she "paints" with a handmade beeswax mixture that's meant to seal in freshness without creating any extra waste. She recommends using the wraps to seal up cheese, veggies, sandwiches or (and especially) bread. And once her wraps wear out, as things inevitably do, Sarah recommends composting 'em, or using them as a great fire starter.
