Alfred describes his whimsical screenprinted t-shirt designs as what would happen if Daniel Boone went on a camping trip with Andy Warhol. (Um, we’re already packing for that strange and wonderful outing.) See, he finds inspiration for his hand-scrawled designs in vintage tools, art and quirky Maine outdoor ephemera. That, and passing whiskey around a campfire. Then he uses a simple dye discharge process and traditional screenprinting method to produce a uniquely woodsy and weird final product.
