You won't find an ingredient list on the back of Tina and Skye's maple syrup. Simply because, well, this syrup doesn't have ingredients, per se. Besides the sap, that is. Sap that comes straight from the family farm in Vermont––a rocky, sloping landscape packed with maples that churn out gallons upon gallons of the sticky stuff. And the finished product (that would be official Vermont maple syrup) tastes just as rich, sweet and buttery as it has for decades. The ingredients? They're more like steps: collect the sap, boil it down, and serve it up on steaming stacks of pancakes.
