Chelsea’s business started first with a personal search. After hunting high and low for the perfect bun pin, she just couldn’t find the one. She went through plastic varieties, chopsticks and the occasional pencil before she decided to create her own. In her mind, the ideal bun pin was one that was lightweight, slightly flexible and comfortable to wear in the hair all day. So she sourced her own materials, shunning heavier metals, and came up with her own design. As a frequent bun wearer, she couldn’t help but want to share her handicraft with others, and a small business was born. Now she makes pins of all sizes for hair of all types, and the best part? They really work, as they were crafted by a topknot fanatic.
