To take every one of their paper goods from idea to reality, Beth and Shaun work together as a team. Starting with hand-drawn sketches, lettering techniques and various mixed media, Beth first creates designs on paper. Once finalized, the artwork is passed to Shaun, who scans and digitizes every image, sometimes adding color and texture in Photoshop to complement Beth’s brush and pen strokes. Then, with the help of a high quality pigment printer, the duo makes vivid reproductions of each piece, taking care to cut them to size, score them for folding into cards and packaging them with sturdy backing for their future travels. The finished products have the charm of a handmade good that’ll last for years to come hung up on a wall or stored as a keepsake.
