When Erica lost her favorite pair of earrings, she did what any good Portlander would do: Marched on down to the local bead store to make a new set. Being surrounded by makers, designers and DIY types “with insane personal style” seems to have rubbed off on her. She became a little obsessed with jewelry making and started cutting, shaping and hammering along with the best of ’em. The result? An amazing line of minimal jewelry—one that relies on the “space between” as much as the thin metal forms and dainty jewels themselves. The line is named Chapter, in part a nod to the maker as a lifelong writer, and also honoring the philosophy of style as an expression of personal storytelling
