Cotton-and-copper_process

Paige’s craft is a transformational process, where she reimagines simple materials into brand new forms. She found herself drawn to macramé, and it stuck when she realized she could create goods to breathe life into people’s homes. Using her hands as tools, she works with cord, copper tubing, beads and brass rings in a revival of the craft. The vintage technique uses strategically placed knots for ornamental or structural effect, and Paige knots each piece sturdy enough to hold a potted plant. Naturally light and airy, her plant hangers are a minimal way to incorporate greenery, herbs or blooms without a special windowsill or table for display.
