Curio is the culmination of Claire’s love of travel, farming, cooking—and knowing where her food comes from. Her vibrant spice blends are an expression of her own colorful memories and experiences from all over the world. Claire’s worked on a saffron farm in Greece and learned to peel cinnamon on a farm in Sri Lanka, so needless to say, she doesn’t have to look far for inspiration. She even studied natural perfumery to fine-tune her palate for blending spices.
