After running coffeehouses for nearly 7 years, one could say that Tyler and Evan sorta knew how the industry ticks. Er, roasts. And so, they decided to try their hands (and consequently, mugs) at this whole roasting business. The duo loves the challenge of pairing a single origin bean with its perfect roast level, which they called, "exhilarating." Everyone else seems to enjoy their work too. It might be because they offer a whole slew of roast levels, from those appropriate for high-end coffee dabblers to the stuff of connoisseurs, or it might just be that it's really really good.
