Geoff and Peter are convinced that it’s great ingredients that make a truly great product, and their whole business revolves around this belief. Their distillery location is strategic, neighboring lands and farms in the Niagara region that grow the grains, fruits and botanicals featured in their elixirs. The bitters making process is time consuming, and the flavorful components must be steeped for weeks to extract the full flavor. The long wait is well worth it, though. Peter and Geoff’s bottled bitters add that extra sumthin’ sumthin’ to drinks, often with a flavor that’s hard to find elsewhere.
