Kristy is a true nomad, and as she’s been on the road for four years, her tools are where she calls home. With her tools numbering in the hundreds, she works with traditional saws, tiny drills, a torch, pliers and hammers as well as sandpaper sticks, liquid solutions and alphabet stamps. In the midst of this beautiful mess is where she creates blooms, bark-textured bands, hidden messages and dainty accents, starting from sheets, wires and balls of silver. Her process is designed so that every finished piece has a personal touch, and the care and attention to every little detail is her way of connecting with customers, with tiny handmade hugs.
