A long-time fan of cooking and gardening, it wasn't until her early twenties that Kaity really became passionate about whole foods, medicinal herbs and self-sufficiency. She's come a long way since those early, exploratory days, crafting a whole slew of seasonings, teas and infused olive oils right on her home island of Nantucket, with many of the ingredients coming from Kaity's backyard garden and foraging adventures. She's focused on doing things sustainability, organically, and with a whole lotta flavor. We knew that Nantucket was beautiful, but we had no idea it was this delicious.
