Tailgating is a college past time that's steeped in as much tradition as it is in barbecue. So when Michael noticed his smoky smorgasbord of meats were lacking in the sauce department, he decided to wing it and make his own. Grabbing a slew of random kitchen condiments, he got to work and created the first batch of what would come to be known as Slap Sauce.
