Already the toasty-sweet combination of store bought marshmallows and grahams is pretty hard to beat. But Beth of Fluffed up Desserts (a.k.a. FüD) had a dream to take this campout classic and make it so delicious that you wouldn’t even need an open fire to enjoy it. The enjoying part is simple – just unwrap and devour. The making is a bit more complex. Beth builds her new-fangled squares of fluff in three distinct layers, starting with a crispy cookie like a shortbread. Onto that, she adds homemade ‘mallows and sometimes non-traditional s’more toppings such as coconut or caramel. The result? Bite-sized goodies with gourmet flavor and all the sweetness of the original. Just less sticky.
