As soon as the first raw cacao bean hit Nora’s taste buds, circa 2006, her chocoholic tendencies took a turn. She began of what one might call an obsessive phase of research and development—ending up with the Great Bean, a different kinda chocolate bar. The beans come directly from family farms in Ecuador and all of the bars contain cacao beans that have not been roasted, which preserves their exquisite chocolate-y flavor and insane amount of antioxidants and body-loving minerals. She’s dared to enhance all that magic with the addition of proprietary herbal blends, which she adds to all of her bars.
