You can learn a whole lot when you're working as a barista in New York City. And after managing a few different coffee shops, Shannon learned how to make cold brew coffee that's so good, it's not unusual for first-timers to raise their eyebrows in delight. When she sold out of the stuff at the farmers market time after time again, Shannon decided to turn making cold-brew coffee into her full-time craft. She takes the coffee through every step of the process — roasting, grinding and soaking them in cold water herself. The result? A super-smooth, super-flavorful early morning pick-me-up.
