It’s hard to argue with this logic: There are certain things in life that you are going to have to do. Laundry. Shaving. Going to work on Monday morning. Dan thinks might as well do them with the utmost style, ’cause life is just too short for anything else. He’d always had a love for finely crafted things, so he joined a wood guild and started learning how to make small tables, lamps and other solid wood objects that he desperately wanted but couldn’t quite put down a month’s salary on. He began creating a line of specialized handmade, hardwood grooming accessories using his newfound woodworking skills, things that could replace the cheap, plastic junk that we are stuck looking at every day. And he’s gone and classed up a daily ritual, just like that.
