Mary Lynn’s foray into making began with a lifestyle change, where she left the bustling metropolis of Chicago behind for more rural pastures. Along the way, she picked up a sewing machine and taught herself how to use it, creating giftable leather accessories finished with stamped embellishments. She handcrafts each piece from start to finish, cutting full leather hides to size, sewing them up and finishing them with rubber stamps. The printed images lend illustrated character to each flask, journal and wallet, the animals, symbols, patterns and vehicles filled with quirk and personality. And with so many different stamp designs in her repertoire, she’s got one to suit just about anybody.
