When it comes to sweets cravings, many of us time and again want something familiar (and, of course, delicious). So when Jess started making peanut butter cups from scratch, her friends quickly took note and asked for more. To make her nutty creations, she takes raw almonds or peanuts, roasts and grinds them with a smooth mixture of sugar and butter for a gooey, homemade filling. Then, each cup is layered with sustainably cultivated Belgian chocolate—milk, dark or white, depending on the flavor. She offers the classic chocolate and peanut butter combo, but some of her flavors are more unusual, like the PBJ, with triple berry jam, or the Oreo with a tiny sandwich cookie, each of them hitting that sweet spot with crunchy, chewy or creamy goodness.
