After spending years in Provence, Georgeanne began picking up some particular habits from her neighbors. Keeping a well-managed basse-cour, curing her own charcuterie and tending a potager, to name a few. The people of rural southeastern France lead a refined, sustainable way of life of growing and raising the ingredients served at the table, and Georgeanne adopted the lifestyle while living in Provence. Upon returning home, she continued her French-inspired living, and now shares her spoils in the form of DIY kits, carefully selected French seeds, fresh cut bay laurel and specialty salts and seasonings.
