Yin learned the art of jewelry making in pretty much the most lovey-dovey way possible: She designed wedding bands for herself and her now-husband. What she soon found was her own unique style of the craft, creating lots of stackable bands with rich oxidized silver, oft-made with sustainable materials. Oxidizing the metal is the most challenging—and fascinating—part of her craft, requiring lots of precise science to transform the silver just so. Since all her rings are made for stacking, the art of wearing them is all the wearer’s. Three or four on one finger, a couple more on its neighbor—up to you.
