Alice might've started collecting vintage kimonos back during her college years, but it wasn't until she made the move from Hawaii (yes, she went to college in Hawaii) to California that she discovered a creative use for them. She draws inspiration from the designs, themes and colors of her favorite kimonos, and transfers 'em to her earthy leather bags. The east-meets-west influences are readily seen in creations like her Origami Clutch, where Alice arranges the leather just so , and it has the appearance of folded leather––it's refreshingly simple and built to last.
