After years of making pickled veggies as gifts for friends and family (gifts that they loved, we should specify), Bradley decided to go public with his pickled treats. Every week he takes a look at what produce is available locally, bringing it straight from farm to kitchen. There it's lovingly turned into pickles and packed into jars, usually within twenty four hours of its arrival. In addition to fresh veggies, Bradley's pickles are chock-full of spicy herbs and peppers — let's just say that people have been known to order multiple Bloody Marys, only to get a couple more of those pickles.
