We already try to eat, shop and pamper ourselves with all natural goodness. Why wouldn't we want to smell like real flowers and plants as well? Charna takes the art of perfumery back to its roots, working only with essential oils, botanical essences and aromas that are of the earth—rather than the chemicals found in many mall perfumes. Capturing nostalgic moments through smell, she combines fine and rare notes in small batches. The finished results are evocative of say, a fantastic character in a bedtime story, or the richly floral summers in Vermont. She’s always been one to stop and smell the roses, and as her perfumes are concocted with real plants, fruits, flowers and trees, you can too with a sniff of the wrist.
