When Rachel first started sewing, it was the thought of making bags that interested her in particular. There was something about taking a big ol' heap of fabric scraps and turning them into something as beautiful as it was useful that grabbed her attention. So she started sewing. Scraps from her mother's collection, found fabrics or remnants found their way together into her artfully eclectic bags, which combine all sorts of fabrics without a care as to what "should" go together. Lace and canvas or vegan leather and linen, if they look and feel nice together, well, why not?
