Do you know what you’re sleeping on? Mark Yeager and Anna Yeager Brakefield can tell you plain and simple what’s in their heirloom-inspired sheets: pure cotton. The father-daughter duo knows every fiber firsthand because their family’s been planting it in the rich red soil of North Alabama since 1983. Combining their expertise—Mark’s agriculture and Anna’s artistry—they start by planting cotton crops across 3,000 acres in North Alabama each spring that they pick, gin, select, spin, weave and sew into the finished product. All of their linens are modeled after a 1920's bed sheet that was gifted by a family friend, meaning a single-ply, open weave that breathes with better airflow as you sleep. So you can catch some good old-fashioned zzzzz’s.
