True story: You might find Janeane digging around outside in Chicago, looking for a piece of honeycomb or a twig or even some wee bugs that she can cast in bronze for her line of unique jewelry. Growing up on the Oklahoma plains, she and nature had a deep relationship, so it’s no surprise that she looked to non-traditional, natural materials to make her jewelry creations. While the design of the pieces is free form and creative, the execution tends to be very scientific (melting points and soldering points of metals and whatnot), which is a duality she digs.
