And in this case, the old fashioned way is also the slow way, with several weeks of waiting as the dried herbs and spices steep into spirits for their bitters, and the fresh fruits and raw honey meld into the apple cider vinegar for their shrubs. Nothing extra is added to either, meaning the bottles are filled with just botanical mixtures with the healthful properties intact, to add unadulterated flavor into your food or drink.
