A model in her past life, Clarice traveled the world on assignment, living in nine countries and traveling to over 250 cities in the process. With access to the greatest culinary destinations worldwide, she chose to study a new art form, great food. She apprenticed in premier restaurants and fast-paced kitchens, where nothing short of perfection was acceptable for finished dishes. It is with this same level of attention she pays to her own sweets, inspired by the flavors, art and architecture she experienced through her world travels. True to Clarice’s training, every one of her products is created with classical French techniques and scrutinized to a high level before being packaged and shipped.
