- Withal works with independent makers and brands across North America, aligning with brands whose direction, aesthetics, and quality craftsmanship we admire.

- Where are products made?
- Products are made in the United States and Canada, though some brands also work with artisans outside of North America. To learn more about a specific brand or product, please visit each brand’s individual bio page.
- How long will each product be available?
- Like any store, products are available until they sell out or are discontinued. We often restock popular items, so if something you love is unavailable, check back soon.
- How do I redeem my promo code?
- You’ll enter your promo code during the payment step of the checkout process. If you're having trouble getting a promo code to work, please contact our customer support team before placing your order. Only one promo code can be used per order.
- A product I want is sold out. Can I still get it?
- We hope so! We usually restock our products when they sell out, so if something's out of stock you can check back over the next week as we're adjusting and restocking our inventory. In the meantime, you can still add sold-out products to your Wishlist and keep an eye on them there.
- I placed an order. Can I change the payment method?
- To change your payment method, please contact customer support directly.
- I placed an order. Can I cancel?
- If you change your mind about an item or an order, please contact our customer support. We are able to cancel orders as long as the items have not shipped — however, items that are customized or made-to-order may require special approval.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept PayPal and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx).
- Will I be charged tax for my order?
- If your state or the maker’s requires a sales tax, we’ll automatically add that charge during the "shipping" portion of the checkout process.
- When can I expect my order to arrive?
- Withal brands try to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but due to the small-batch or handmade nature of many of our products, delivery may take a little longer. On each product page you’ll find an estimated shipping time to help you plan your order. Please keep in mind that all our products are designed and made by independent brands across the country. While we do everything we can to get these products to you as soon as possible, arrival times may vary on occasion.
- Can I ship to multiple addresses?
- Unfortunately, we cannot ship portions of an order to multiple addresses. If you need to ship to multiple locations, you'll need to place a separate order for each.
- I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address — can I change it?
- As long as your order hasn’t shipped, we should be able to change your shipping address. Simply contact us and we’ll adjust your information.
- Can I add a gift message to my order?
- Yes, you can add one gift message per order. If you're shipping multiple gifts directly from Withal, you'll need to place separate orders for each unique gift message and shipping address.

Orders totaling $50.01 - $75.00 = $7.95
Orders totaling $75.01 - $100.00 = $8.95
Orders totaling $100.01 - $150.00 = $9.95
Orders totaling $150.01 - $200.00 = $10.95
Orders totaling $200.01 - $250.00 = $12.95
Orders totaling $250.01 - $300.00 = $14.95
Orders totaling $300.01 - $350.00 = 15.95
Orders totaling $350.01 - $400.00 = 17.95
Orders totaling $400.01 - $500.00 = 18.95
Orders totaling $500.01+ = $19.95
Additional delivery charges may apply to items that are too large or require special packaging. Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are delivered with an additional charge.
Large items may have a delivery and processing surcharge. Any charges will be listed on the product page and will appear at checkout.
Please note that furniture and other oversized items are unable to ship to US territories, Alaska, Hawaii, islands within the continental US, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and locations outside of the US.

- Will my entire order be shipped in one package?
- If you ordered multiple products from one brand, they will likely ship together. But if the products you ordered are from different makers, they will arrive separately and in different packaging.
- How do I check the status of my order and track my shipment?
- You can check your order’s status by logging in to your account and visiting “My Orders.” Once your order has shipped, we’ll drop you an email letting you know it’s on its way. That email will include tracking information.
- Does Withal ship internationally?
- Unfortunately, we cannot process international payments or shipping. If you're interested in shipping something outside of the US, please contact us and we’ll do what we can to connect you with the maker.
- What is Withal’s return policy?
If you’re not pleased with your order, please contact our customer support team and we’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue. Most of our products have a 14-day return policy, which means they can be returned for a full refund, no questions asked. All returns will be refunded (minus any initial shipping costs) using the original payment method.
Food items, beauty products, custom pieces, and made-to-order products cannot be returned, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. A few of our products are exchange only and, on the rare occasion that we have final sale items, may not be returned at all.

- Why create a Withal account?
- When you log in to your Withal account, we can auto-populate your information during the checkout process. This means you won't have to re-enter your shipping address and credit card number every time you order. It also helps us keep you up to date on new products, stories, and events.

- Simply click the unsubscribe link in our email. If you choose to unsubscribe, you'll still maintain a Withal account that will allow you to easily shop the site. If you’d like to re-subscribe at any time, please send us an email.
